- � GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Texas City: Houston Delineated Area: Within the Central Business District of Houston, TX bounded by the following: North:� IH-10 East:��� Eastex Fwy/IH-69 South:� IH-69 / IH-45 West:�� IH-45 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,191 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,191 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 9 Parking Spaces (Surface): Parking Spaces (Structured): Parking Spaces (Reserved): 9 on-site reserved structured spaces Full Term: 17 Years Firm Term: 15 years Option Term: Additional Requirements: Space offered must be contiguous, located on the second floor or above, and have potential for an efficient layout. �Building floor plate must be a minimum of 15,000 ABOA SF. Minimum column spacing of 25� is required.�� For space on more than one floor, contiguous floors are required with secure vertical access between the floors. 9 reserved parking spaces are required on-site.� If on-site parking is not available, the Government may consider parking within two (2) walkable blocks from the building.
