- Change 2 Ammendment one was added to the solicitation. The purpose of the�amendment was�to incorporate the newest wage determination along with updating DFARS deviation 252.222-7999. Lastly the site visit minutes will be added to the posting. Change 1 A site visit has been scheduled for 12 January 2021 at 10:00 a.m. (EST).� Attendees shall meet at the Seymour Johnson AFB Visitors Center, 1050 Wright Brothers Ave, Seymour Johnson AFB NC 27531. ��The Van is scheduled to begin loading at 09:35 a.m., depart at 9:45 a.m; then proceed to the Site Visit Location.� The intent of the visit is to drive around the base and show locations of the required work. Please bring a mask to be worn while in the Van. � ONLY ONE SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD.� Grounds Maintenance Services Request for Quote Instructions to Offers begin on Page 87 of the SF1449 RFQ. Evaluation Factors begin on page 91 of the SF1449 RFQ. 2.0 All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 15 January 2021 at noon EST to ethan.phillips. 5@us.af.mil and michael.demers.4@us.af.mil. Questions submitted after this date will not be considered. 2.1 Site Visit. A site visit (is not mandatory but see FAR 52.237-1) is scheduled for 12 January 2021 at 10: 00 EST. Interested parties should send a request to the POC's in paragraph 2 NOT LATER THAN 11 Jan 2021 at 08:00 EST. The request should include the following information: (1) Name(s) of the individuals who will be in attendance (2) State or Federal issued Identification such as Driver's License, State Identification, or U.S. Passport (3) Last four (4) digits of Social Security Number No more than 2 employees per company will be permitted This information will be used to obtain base access passes and safeguarded IAW procedures outlined in the Privacy Act of 1974 and DoD 5400.11R.
