- This Targeted Broad Agency Announcement (BAA), the�Requirements and Capabilities Analysis Office (RCA)/ Alarm Resolution (AR) Capabilities -- Request for Information (RFI) Number�TSA25-04-03541 is amended to incorporate�the following changes: 1.�The response date for the Requirements and Capabilities Analysis Office (RCA)/ Alarm Resolution (AR) Capabilities -- Request for Information (RFI) Number�TSA25-04-03541 (Attachment 4 titled TSA_AR_RFI_final) is extended to Thursday, January 21st, 2021. Written responses to this RFI shall be submitted no later than 2:30 pm�EST, January 21st, 2021. Only electronic submissions will be accepted via email. Each electronic submission shall include �RCA Alarm Resolution RFI Capabilities Responses� in the subject line. Vendors must submit their information in electronic versions to ORCAEngineering@tsa.dhs.gov with a cc to Siobhan Mullen at Siobhan.Mullen@tsa.dhs.gov in either read-only Word or PDF format. Please contact Siobhan Mullen via e-mail should you have any questions related to this RFI. ---- (No telephone calls please). The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the TSA. All submissions become the property of the TSA and will not be returned. Additionally, it should be noted that the TSA is requesting information on this topic to identify various solutions for AR that are currently available or being developed. The TSA is interested in information from all parties, including manufacturers, as well as those researching system components and subsystems.� All interested and qualified parties are encouraged to respond to this notice in accordance with the instructions addressed herein.
