- The Bureau of Reclamation, Upper Colorado Region, Salt Lake City, Utah, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2) �Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements� and FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to Redlands Water and Power Company, a large business located in Grand Junction, CO. This requirement is to pay the 2021 assessment fees for 86 water shares that were acquired in order to provide irrigation to the Grand Junction Wildlife Area. The NAICS code is 221310. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals; however, firms with expressed interest and capability are encouraged to respond by February 5, 2021 by 1700 EST. This notice is for informational purposes only. All responsible sources may submit a response, which if timely received, will be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation.
