- New York Army National Guard's (NY ARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion (MNRR) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase orders and subsequent modifications on a sole-source basis under�6.302-1 only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements,��to�Thrillworks, Inc.�The requirement for this acquisition is for MNRR to�contract�all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to support Rock Wall maintenance and training. All work will be completed with guidance from the Recruiting & Retention BN Marketing NCOIC. IAW NGR 601-1 Army National Guard Strength Maintenance Program, Chapter 7, and all applicable OPSEC considerations. All work (expected to consist of 2 days) must be completed no later than May 31, 2021. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 811490 and the business size standard is $8,000,000. Be advised that the aforementioned information is anticipatory in nature and is not binding. This notice is not a request for competitive quote; however, any firm believing that they can fulfill the requirement of providing these services may be considered by the agency. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities in response to this synopsis, and must clearly show the firms ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of services provided. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. All interested vendors must respond by January 18, 2021�at 8:00 a.m. Eastern time and be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM) website prior to award of contract.
