- SOLICITATION SPE601-20-R-0324 The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy), as the Department of Defense (DOD) Integrated Material Manager (IMM) for Aerospace Energy products and related services has a five (5) year requirement for delivery of Aviator's Breathing Oxygen (ABO) NSN 6830-01-644-2463, IAW MIL PRF -27210J, dated 7 August 2013 and Nitrogen, Technical (LNB), Grade B, NSN 6830-01-644-2557� IAW CID A-A 59503D dated 24 October 2019 and related services, delivered f.o.b. destination into Contractor-owned tanks and Government-owned tanks at the following OCONUS Europe locations: Location�� /� Product / 5 Year Estimated Quantity/ Unit of Measure Incirlik AB, Turkey /� ABO/ 1/ 90,000 / UG6 Rota Naval Station, Spain / ABO / 45,000 / UG6 Rota Naval Station, Spain / LNB / 125,000 / UG6 Ramstein AB, Germany / ABO / 265,000 / UG6 Ramstein AB, Germany / LBN / 305,000 / UG6 Spangdahlem AB, Germany / ABO / 60,000 / UG6 Spangdahlem AB, Germany / LBN / 30,000 / UG6 Naval Air Station (NAS) Souda Bay - Air Force, Greece / ABO / 60,000 / UG6 NAS Souda Bay - Navy, Greece / ABO /45,000 / UG6 Aviano AB, Italy / ABO / 125,000 / UG6 Aviano AB, Italy / LBN / 65,000 / UG6 NAS Sigonella, Italy / ABO / 75,000 / UG6 Lajes Field AB, Portugal / ABO /45,000 / UG6 Royal Air Force (RAF) Fairford, United Kingdom / ABO / 50,000 / UG6 RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom / ABO /90,000 / UG6 RAF Mildenhall, United Kingdom / ABO / 100,000 / UG6 The Contractor(s) shall provide all product, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment,transportation and labor necessary for the delivery of the requested products into Contractor-provided and Government-owned tanks. The requirement also includes Non- Recurring Services of Emergency Delivery, Detention Fee, Fill Line Restriction Orifice, Tank Hot Fill, Tank Usage Fee, Installation of Equipment and Removal of Equipment. The period of performance is for 1�April 2021 �� 31�March 2026. The anticipated Award Date is 1�March 2021. The Government may choose to award multiple Firm Fixed Price, Requirements type contracts using Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Commercial Acquisition procedures.� Award will be made to the offeror(s) determined to be the Best Value to the Government, price and other factors considered, using the Lowest Price, Technically Acceptable Source Selection Process. �
