This is a Sources Sought Notice from the Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) at West Point, NY.� This notice is to inform prospective contractors of the upcoming Site Visit and the requirements associated with this project.�� The MICC is hosting a Site Visit on behalf of the United States Corp of Cadets for supplying, delivering, installing, and securing 190 each TA-50 Equipment Lockers in 2 (two) separate barracks (see Scope of Work).� A solicitation will be issued as a Request-for-Quote (RFQ) immediately upon completion of the Site Visit.� The solicitation will only be posted for a couple of days and will require a short turnaround time for submitting complete quotes and all applicable documents.� Therefore, attendance for the Site Visit is mandatory so that contractors will have a clear understanding of what is required.� Preference will be given to those in attendance versus those that submit tentative offers in absentia. SITE VISIT: A Site Visit is hereby set for July 16, 2020 @ 1:00 PM (EST).� Anyone arriving late will need to reschedule for another date and time if one becomes available at our discretion (depending how late you arrive).� It will last for approximately 1 - 2 hour(s) and include a tour and inspection of the facilities.� The tour will assemble outside at the following location (see attached map):� ��������������������������������������������������������� United States Military Academy ����������������������������������������� Bldg 745D & 755 / Davis & Eisenhower Barracks ���������������������������������������������������������������� (745 Derussy Road) ����������������������������������������������������������������West Point, NY 10996 ����������������(NOTE:� We will meet in the Stewart Rd Parking Lot Area right across from Lake Lusk) Prospective contractors must bring at least ONE form of Government-Issued Photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc.).� All contractors must read the attached ""Visitors Center"" document for complete details and special entry protocols into West Point.� Failure to do so will prevent you from entering West Point.� Participation is limited to 2 persons per vendor.� This will be THE ONLY ACCESS contractors will have to walk through the building and required areas. ������������������������������������������* * * COVID-19 CONCERNS / REQUIREMENTS * * * NOTE:� Due to current world events concerning the COVID-19 virus, ALL PERSONNEL will be required to wear a face mask at all times and maintain social distancing. �There are no limits on the amount of personnel who can work onsite. ��������������*** SUPPLY, DELIVER, INSTALL, & SECURE 190 EACH TA-50 EQUIPMENT LOCKERS *** The desired contractor must have proven skills and experience that clearly demonstrate the ability to supply, deliver, install, and secure Equipment Lockers specifically under NAICS Code 337215.� Therefore, this project is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business concerns strictly under NAICS Code 337215 (Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing). �Please note, you must be registered as a Small Business under NAICS Code 337215 in BETA-Sam (Systems for Awards Management) to qualify for this project.� �� NOTE 1:� All vendors are required to READ and REVIEW the attached documents for complete info regarding the Scope of Work, directions to West Point, Visitor's Center info, and special entry protocols into West Point. NOTE 2:� Please contact the Visitor's Center for ALL QUESTIONS pertaining to proper ID's, documents, entry, and access to West Point (see attached documents).
