THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) ONLY � This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes � it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. Solicitations are not available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the United States Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the United States Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the United States Government. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFP, if any is issued. The U.S. Army Contracting Command-New Jersey (CC-NJ) located at Fort Dix, NJ is surveying the market for potential contractors capable of providing one license for one user of a cloud, web based application capable of assisting law enforcement to identify and stop actors who are using cryptocurrencies for illicit activity such as fraud, extortion, and money laundering. Application must enables users to conduct in-depth investigation into the source of cryptocurrency transactions and provides multi-currency analysis from Bitcoin to other top cryptocurrencies. This is not a requirement to develop an application or for a team of analysts. This is a requirement for an already developed web-based application that meets the requirements of the attached Statement of Work (SOW). Period of Performance shall be one 12-month base period and four additional 12-month option periods. RFI Submission Guidelines: Responses to this RFI shall not exceed five pages, including the cover letter. RFI responses must contain at a minimum: (1) Basic Overview of company to include Company Name, Company Point of Contact (name, phone number, and email address), Company location, Cage Code, DUNS Number, and Socioeconomic Status. In addition, please provide confirmation that your company can provide these supplies. (2) Capability Statement sufficient to demonstrate performance acumen directly related to the performance of the requirement as specified in the attached SOW; (3) Other material relevant to establishing core competencies of the firm in its capability to perform the subject services.
