- Page 1 of 2 SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this source sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Businesses, registered under NAICS code 339113, capable of providing Implementation of CareFusion Respiratory Diagnostic Sleep System that meet the following specifications: 1. SENTRYCONNECT IMPLEMENTATION SETUP FEE Implementation of CareFusion Respiratory Diagnostics interface engine to the facility HIS/EMR system installation, development and deployment of SentryConnect and workstations. This covers one deployment only. Future deployments, testing, or migrations are not covered. Customer responsible for providing remote VPN access. (1 Qty) 2. SLEEP ONSITE TRAINING 2 DAYS Polysomnography Onsite Training Course for 2 days with a Vyaire Medical, Inc. Clinical Applications Specialist. Attendee/s will participate in an interactive session on the proper operation of Vyaire pulmonary function, cardiopulmonary exercise, and/or polysomnography device/s. Includes AARC CRCE credits for up to 3 persons IF the attendee/s are present the entire course with limited interruptions and complete a written exam and survey per AARC requirements. CEUs for additional trainees are available for purchase. -Cancellation notice must be received from customer in writing (via email is acceptable) 15 business days prior to the confirmed start date of the Training Course, or the following fees will be assessed per the Vyaire Training Course cancellation policy.* *No fee applied if cancellation notice received from the Customer prior to 15 business days before the start date of the confirmed Training Course. *? the cost of purchased training cancellation fee applied if cancellation notice received from the Customer less than 15 business days, but prior to 5 business days, before start date of confirmed Training Course. *Full cost of purchased training cancellation fee applied if cancellation notice received from Customer less than 5 business days before start date of confirmed Training Course. SENTRYSUITE NETWORK BASIC The SentrySuite Network Basic package includes the standard SentrySuite workflow, set up of a network SQL database, standard predicted sets, the full SentrySuite report library, a custom report header and footer, self-help tools for migrating data from existing Vyaire devices, and role-based security. This includes a Vyaire Project Manager to guide the Pulmonary Lab through the project to completion. This package does not include custom workflow, custom predicted sets, custom reports, or an EMR interface. Post-implementation application support is only provided when the network package is purchased with the purchase of new pulmonary function and/or exercise testing equipment. When applicable, post-implementation application support will begin upon project completion and continue up to 12 months from the date the new equipment was shipped to the Customer. (1 Qty) 11. Failure to provide the above information may result in the potential offeror being considered incapable of meeting the VA s needs. If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor shall provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. If the contractor can provide the above product and services, please indicate in your response that the above requirements can be met and provide a brochure of its product. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy.
