- THIS IS AN AMENDMENT TO THE PREVIOUS RFI TO TARGET ONLY GSA SCHEDULE HOLDERS. See attached Statement of Objectives for National Community Media Outreach Campaign services. This is a request for Information concerning the ability of small businesses with current GSA Federal Schedules (or MAS) to perform the services described in the attached DRAFT Statement of Objectives (SOO).� This is NOT a request for quotes, but the information provided by Vendors concerning this RFI will be used to determine the level of small business set-aside used for the solicitation that follows.� SMALL BUSINESS VENDORS WITH GSA FEDERAL SCHEDULES (OR MAS) ONLY are requested to provide Capability Statement for your business with a MINIMUM of the Following: a. Size and SB�status�of company b.�Descriptions of previous work performing efforts similar to SOO c.
