- The purpose of Sources Sought Notice Number 24322620S0002 for Financial Statement Audit Services is to identify small businesses capable of providing Financial Statement Audit Services in order to assist in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. The U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is only seeking responses to this notice from small businesses. We will only review responses from small businesses. This notice is not a solicitation for proposals. Responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. This notice is issued solely for informational and planning purposes. OPM will treat your response to this notice as information only.
