THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT AND IS NOT A REQUEST TO FULFILL A FULL TIME POSITION. The 81st Contracting Squadron intends to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement�from 17 July�2020 to 16 July�2025 for Speech Therapy Services (To Include Those Listed Below) on a ""same day/next day"" as ordered basis. If you believe you can meet the Governement's minimum requirement and would like to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement�for this requirement�please contact the POCS listed in this notice by 14�July 2020. - Initial Bedside Swallow Evaluations - Modify Barium Swallow Assessment� - Initial Evaluation of Speech Sound production (eg.�apraxia, dysarthria) - Initial Aphasia Assessments - Case Conferences - Therapy treatment focused on cognitive function, (eg. attention, memory, etc,) and /or compensatory strategies to manage an activity, initiating, organizing, sequencing tasks - Evaluation and fitting of/for use and /or fitting of voice prosthetic device to supplement oral speech� - Therapy treatment of speech, language, voice, communication - Behavioral and qualitative analysis of voice and resonance� - Treatment of swallowing dysfunction and/or oral function for feeding�
