- The equipment to be purchased in FY 2020 (base purchase) is as follows: Lithium batteries for VEMCO HR3 307 kHz Coded Acoustic Receivers VEMCO V3 307 kHz Transmitters VEMCO VR100 � 300 Receiver VEMCO VHTa-307 kHz Transponding Hydrophone VEMCO Positioning System (VPS) data processing fee for two 2-Dimensional array deployments VEMCO HR3 (HTI Coding) data processing software and training � More purchases may be made in each option year (FY 2021 to 2024), to include additional miscellaneous VEMCO acoustic telemetry monitoring equipment and technical support.
