- MULE CREEK BRIDGE DECK, MEDFORD, OREGON BLM MEDFORD DISTRICT This procurement is a SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request For Quote for a firm-fixed-price commercial items supply Purchase Order for Mule Creek Bridge Deck for delivery to Medford, Jackson County, Oregon. The delivery date is September 15, 2020. The NAICS code is 332323 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to Free Trade Agreements. The basis of award is the lowest price determined fair and reasonable. Award will be made to the responsible respondent pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1. Price is the only factor. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 7/10/2020.
