- The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive award in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, to CRU International Ltd. located in London, United Kingdom, for annual subscription renewal, to be delivered to USGS, National Minerals Info Center for the period of 11/01/2020 through 10/31/2021 There are 4 option periods as follows: Option 1 11/01/2021- 10/31/2022 Option 2 11/01/2022-10/31/2023 Option 3 11/01/2023-10/31/2024 Option 4 1/01/2024-10/31/2025 CRU International Ltd. is the only available vendor to provide the required subscription for CRU reports The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation no later than 07/15/2020 which shall be considered by the agency. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A firm-fixed price award will be made on or before 10/01/2020 Email responses to hnair@usgs.gov are preferred. The NAICS code is 541618. The size standard is $15.0 million. The anticipated award date of the contract is 10/01/2020. The anticipated contract will be firm fixed-price. A vendor must be registered at http://www.sam.gov to be awarded the contract.
