- Description
- The Sustainment Management Systems (SMS) team has a requirement to acquire a license to an existing, commercially available building component unit replacement cost dataset for use in the BUILDER(TM) SMS application to generate estimates of component-level repair and replacement work actions and to aggregate condition index metrics.��The requirement�shall be for a dataset and license for one year with four one-year options in accordance with the attached solicitation.� The solicitation includes instructions for the technical and price proposals to be submitted for consideration with award�made to the offeror providing the best value to the government.
