Description

Solicitation N00421-20- T-0029 is issued as a synopsis/solicitation.� The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit the proposed purchase order as a Sole Source with�General Dynamics Mission Systems, Inc.�� �The requested products must General Dynamics, P/N: FX100, Encryptor P/N: 02-2842264-1, and P/N:FX1G, Encryptor PN: 02-2842264-2 under the authority of FAR Part 12, FAR Part 13.� The requested have been previously researched selected, and qualified for the use by the program.� Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.� This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.� Award all or none See Attached RFQ. Your quote must contain enough technical information to evaluate your quote.� Please reference the Solicitation number above (N00421-20-T-XXXX) on your quote. ***Basis for Award*** An authorized General Dynamics Mission Systems reseller letter must be submitted with your quote or your quote will not be evaluated. Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quotation.� ***Instructions to offeror�s*** Please include the following information with your response: FOB: DESTINATION Shipping Cost: DESTINATION Tax ID# Dun & Bradstreet # Cage Code: Small Business � Yes ___� No ___ Estimated Delivery Date: If available on a Pricelist, please provide a copy. The Government intends to award this on a sole source basis.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes.� However, all quotations/responses received by closing date of this notice will be considered by the government, all responses to this solicitation must be received no later than 500 pm est. on 15 July 2020. An authorized General Dynamics Mission Systems reseller letter must be submitted with your quote or your quote will not be evaluated.
