- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, is issuing this pre-solicitation notice as means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to meet the requirements for the procurement� of three (3) Automated Night Vision Test Systems (model# ANV-126VS) with the following accessories: Qty 3 Model# ANV-126-170, AN/PVS-14 Adapter Kit Qty 3 Model# ANV-126-260, AN/PVS-31/31A Goggle Adapter Set Qty 3 Model# ANV-126-700, MX10160 Image Tube Tester. THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals; submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary; the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.
