- The Purpose of this amendment 01]2 is to: 1. Add Q and A. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN UNCHANGED. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number N00244-20-Q-0145 shall be used to reference any written offer provided under this solicitation. The solicitation document and incorporates provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06; Effective 06 May 2020. This is a 100% set-aside for Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 334310 with a size standard of 750 Employees. Vendors are highly encouraged to participate in Site Visit in order to propose accurate pricing. Site Visit Information is as follows: Date: Tuesday June 30th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. San Diego CA Time (PST). THIS SITE IS OPERATING IN COMPLIANCE WITH INDUSTRY COVID-19 PLAN. ON JUNE 18, 2020, CDPH ISSUED GUIDANCE ON THE USE OF FACE COVERINGS, WHICH BROADLY REQUIRES THE USE OF FACE COVERINGS IN CALIFORNIA WHEN IN PUBLIC OR COMMON SPACES. COMPLETE DETAILS, INCLUDING ALL REQUIREMENTS AND EXCEPTIONS TO THESE RULES, CAN BE FOUND IN THE GUIDANCE LINK PROVIDED BELOW: HTTPS://COVID19.CA.GOV/PDF/GUIDANCE-PLACES-OF-WORSHIP.PDF This combined synopsis/solicitation will close at 10:00 A.M. San Diego, California time (PST) on 13 July, 2020. Submit vendor offer to the Contract Specialist, Mrs. Michelle Muniz, via email to the address michelle@navy.mil and stating - Solicitation N00244-20-Q-0145 Audio/Visual Upgrade Parts and Installation - at subject line. Procurement is for the audio/visual (A/V) sound system (SS) upgrade of the Murphy Canyon�s San Diego Chapel and it is Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. Parts are �Brand Name� Only. The Performance Work Statement is being provided as Attachment 2. Vendor quote shall include: (1) item prices (unit and extended price), Period/CLIN total price, and overall total price (Base plus Option periods); (2) supporting information such as item/product specifications of �Brand Name� being offered; (3) verifiable Past Performance and, (4) Entity information such as point of contact information, CAGE/DUNS code, etc. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the Offeror to deliver all the requirements. Questions on this solicitation shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email. The Government will attempt to answer all questions in timely manner and will be made available publicly. However, question(s) submitted near the solicitation closing date may not provide sufficient time for the Government to respond. Therefore, offerors are hereby directed to submit question(s) not later than 12:00 PM San Diego, California time (PST) on 08 July 2020. Please see Attachment No. 2 Performance Work Statement (PWS) for deliverables and additional information. Deliverables shall be Brand Name Only as listed in the Deliverables Table in section 5.5.2 of the attached PWS. Delivery/Completion Date: 01 September 2020. Delivery shall be FOB Destination. Place of Delivery: NBSD Murphy Canyon Chapel, 3200 Santo Road, San Diego, CA 92124 Offeror(s) is(are) required to include a completed copy of the provisions at 52.204-24, Representation Regarding Certain Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (if applicable) and 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with their quotation. Addenda to provision 52.212-1 are included herein. The provision 52.212-2 is applicable and specific evaluation criteria included in paragraph (a) of the provision. Offerors shall include a completed copy of provision 52.213-3 and its Alternate I with its offer. The clause 52.212-4 is applicable. The clause 52.212-5 is applicable and properly indicated with which FAR provisions and clauses are applicable to this procurement.
