Description

The�attached list of�items are anticipated to be added an El Segundo�subsumable contract against the�Northrop Grumman�Captains of Industry (COI) SPE4AX18D9443, which was awarded to Northrop Grumman�in accordance with the approved J&A.� Surplus dealers and distributors are invited to respond to this synopsis. Surplus dealers should include a completed surplus certificate, DLAD 52.211-9000, Government Surplus Material or adequate traceability documentation to show that the product is acceptable. �Responses to this announcement from distributors or surplus dealers should identify items of interest and include evidence of ability to supply the items for the contract period of eight (8) years. In addition, respondents should identify the quantity available and price. A copy of the letter of interest should be forwarded to the contracting officer identified herein and SBA PCR. The Government may alter the acquisition strategy if purchase of existing surplus or newly manufactured inventory is in the best interest of the Government. List of NIIN's. Any manufacturer, other than the approved source, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval package and a complete solicitation package. The proposed population will be added to an existing Northrop Grumman LTC, which has a total of eight (8) years remaining in the period of performance, inclusive of options. This is proposed to be a FAR 15 effort. The proposed contract(s) will be fixed price, Requirements Type Contract. The attached list of NSNs are the items that have been identified for this current action. A letter solicitation will be issued on or around July 28, 2020. The negotiated terms and conditions from Umbrella contract SPE4AX18D9443, and the related Subsumable will be incorporated by reference.
