- This is an Invitation for Bids (IFB) to support a requirement for Roofing Installation, Repair and Maintenance Construction Services. Please see attachments included herein for solicitation and all details. This requirement is solicited as a 100% competitive 8(a) Set-Aside. Bids are to be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided in the attached solicitation document and all supplemental documents. Any and all questions must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer, no later than 1:00 PM CST, 30 June 2020. This will ensure that responses are provided in a timely manner. Bids are due no later than 1:00 PM CST, 16 July 2020. The work includes furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform miscellaneous concrete repairs and incidental related work in accordance with the specifications.
