- Description
- This project includes, but is not limited to, demolition and construction of the existing facilities at the west gate entrance including any necessary construction work phasing at Laughlin AFB. The Contractor shall provide the Government with a new road, a new gatehouse and ID check area, a new canopy plus all associated utilities, complete and fully functional based on the 100% design documents. This acquisition will be set aside for Women Owned Small Businesses (WOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is�236220 and the applicable small business size standard is $39.5M dollars. Any interested party may download a copy of the solicitation from this website once it has been released. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to award. Registration may be accomplished at website, https://www.sam.gov
