- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE �Project #652-20-910 � Fisher House 1 Tile Floors Refurbishment The Department of Veterans Affairs, 1201 Broad Rock Blvd, Richmond, VA has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, transportation, permits, license and qualified supervision for Project 652-29-910, to refurbish and re-seal the stone tile flooring throughout Fisher House 1, located at the Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA. General Scope: The Contractor will provide all transportation, material, hardware, parts, tools, specialized equipment, labor, supervision and technical expertise to refurbish and re-seal the stone tile flooring throughout Fisher House 1 at Hunter Holmes McGuire VA Medical Center, Richmond, VA, including but not be limited to: Tile floors completely stripped of all wax and build up. Steam clean all grout. Repair and replace grout per industry standard. Resurface floors. Non-slip traction additive on all wet floor areas such as kitchen and bathrooms. Any overspray of cleaner will be cleaned immediately; repairing or repainting any damaged areas. Any slinging of removed residue shall be cleaned immediately; repairing or repainting any damaged areas. Work to be completed in accordance with local building codes. � Estimated construction magnitude is under $25,000. NAICS CODE: 238330 Size Standard: $16.5 Million � This solicitation is anticipated to an SDVOSB Set-Aside. Solicitation material will be available on/about July 10, 2020. Any specifications, drawings and amendments will be posted on this web site. Proposals will be due approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. Location and points of contact for site visits will be identified in the solicitation. � This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for proposals. The Government is not obligated to issue a solicitation as a result of this notice. No other information is available until issuance of the solicitation. No bidders list is maintained.
