- Provide all necessary labor, equipment and materials to construct and pave approximately 22,640sq. ft. (13� x 1622�) (11 x 140�) of roadway on top of the Dam (Exhibit 1), approximately 5,000 sq. feet (83�x 60�) of new parking area (Exhibit 2), approximately 5,080 sq. ft. (113�x10�) (233� x 17�) of existing driveway and traffic circle (Exhibit 2) and approximately 1,300 sq. feet of new roadway extensions(50� x 10�)(80� x 10�) at the outflow (Exhibit 3). The roadways will be uniform in width ranging from 10 to 17 wide, and constructed using an asphalt surface.
