- Description
- The purpose of this solicitation is to award multiple ID/IQ Construction Contracts with the demonstrated capability to perform major construction and repair services for JFKC projects with an estimated cumulative value equal to or less than $50,000,000.00. �Each Construction Project will be awarded as a separate task orders (TO). TOs will be awarded in accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(l) and (2), on a firm fixed price basis and with a defined period of performance. The Magnitude of Construction Projects range between $150,000.00 to $50,000,000.00. The Contractor shall provide all management, labor, material, equipment, transportation, supervision, and construction services to accomplish simultaneous maintenance, sustainment, repair, and minor construction projects of real property at The John F. Kennedy Center of the Performing Arts, 2700 F Street, NW, Washington, DC 20566. Construction project types.�
