- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE PROJECT TITLE: Allegheny National Forest FR 262 Longhouse Scenic Drive Project 2020 The Allegheny National Forest (ANF) intends to award a single construction contract for the FR 262 Longhouse Scenic Drive Project 2020 in Pennsylvania. The project includes, but is not limited to, two large culverts and paving of road in between crossings. Road construction includes all cross drains and applicable guide rail. The magnitude of construction is:� Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The work is located in the State of Pennsylvania. Directions to the work area are as follows: State of Pennsylvania, County of McKean, Allegheny National Forest, Bradford Ranger District; Latitude: 41.784451, Longitude -78.908873. Directions from Warren, PA Post Office: (210 W 3rd Ave Ste 100, Warren, PA 16365): At Corner of 3rd Avenue and Liberty Street Head West on W 3rd Avenue and continue for 0.1 mi. Turn left at Hickory Street and continue for 0.14 miles. Turn left onto CrescePark/PA-337 and continue for 0.43 miles. Turn left onto US-6 E and continue for 2.0. Turn left onto Kinzua Road/PA-59 E and continue for 9.82 miles. Turn right onto Longhouse Scenic Drive/FR262 and continue for 8.9 miles to Site Location, Unnamed Tributary to Mudlick Run. A proposal guarantee of 20% will be required if pricing exceeds $150K. � Payment and/or performance bonds as applicable will be required if pricing exceeds $35K and $150K. Interested parties who intend on submitting a proposal must be capable of submitting 100% bonding within 10 days after contract award. Performance is estimated to start within 10 days of contract award with a required completion date of May 15, 2021. Solicitation materials will be uploaded to this site on or about July 25, 2020. This will include specifications and all materials in order to submit an offer. The solicitation materials will be available for viewing without charge here. It is anticipated that proposals will be due on August 24, 2020. Interested parties are advised that registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) database is required prior to award of a contract. There is no cost for registration in SAM when registration is completed on the official SAM website (www.sam.gov). SAM registrations and Representations and Certifications should include the NAICS identified as applicable to the acquisition. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code is 237310 and the Small Business size standard is $39.5 Million. NOTE: NO TELEPHONE, FACSIMILE, E-MAIL AND/OR WRITTEN REQUESTS FOR SOLICITATIONS OR POSTING STATUS SHALL BE ACCEPTED.
