- Amendment 0001 has been issued to: A. Extend the due date from 13 July 2020 at 2:00 PM CST to 17 July 2020 at 2:00 CDT. B. Q & A will be forthcoming with subsequent amendment. ----------------------------------------------------- The Contractor shall procure and install a PEB for the purposes of cold storage and erected at Minot AFB, ND IAW with attached Statement of Work. An optional site visit has been scheduled for 11:00 A.M CDT 30 June 2020.� In an effort to keep the group as small as possible due to coronavirus concerns, each company is limited to one representative for the site visit and all participants must wear a mask during the Site Visit.� Participants will meet at Bldg. 165, 5th Contracting Squadron, Minot AFB, ND for the purpose of reviewing the work site and submitting questions regarding this solicitation. For those interested parties that do not have base passes, you must arrive at the Visitors Center (located at the main gate) no later than 30 minutes prior to the start of the site visit. This will allow time to obtain a temporary pass from the Visitors Center before entering the installation. Each individual must hand-carry and submit to the Visitors Center his or her driver's license, vehicle registration, and current proof of insurance to receive a temporary base pass. *NOTE: Please contact Mr. Carlan Taft at 701-723-7674 or carlan.taft@us.af.mil no later than 2:00 PM CDT 26 June 2020 to confirm your attendance.� In order to get vouched on the base, you can contact Mr. Carlan Taft or SrA Uran Ochoa at 701-723-3556. For either the site visit, delivery of commodities, or submission of proposals, all personnel requesting access to Minot Air Force Base must possess a valid State or Government picture identification card. Furthermore, individuals presenting identification cards from a state that is non-compliant with the REAL ID Act will require additional documentation to gain unescorted base access. Additional documentation includes a valid U.S. or foreign government issued passport, an employment authorization document that contains a photograph, or identification cards issued by federal state or local government agencies that include a photo and biographic information. Additional information to include a full list of REAL ID Act compliant and non-complaint states can be found at https://www.dhs.gov/current-status-states-territories. Personnel requesting vehicle access to Minot Air Force Base must provide a valid driver's license (compliant with REAL ID Act), current vehicle registration, and insurance.""
