General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: California City: Fresno Delineated Area: City Limits of Fresno, CA Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 51,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 52,020 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Parking Spaces (Surface): 326 Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10�years Firm Term: 8 years with termination rights after 60 days Option Term: none Additional Requirements: Two distinctly separate entrances to the space. If any space is provided above the first floor, a minimum of two accessible elevators are required. Minimum of 30�-0� Column spacing. Space shall be sprinklered and have a fire alarm system. Level II�Security. 24/7 access to the space. Rooftop space for satellite dish and antennae.
