- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: PR City: Guaynabo Delineated Area: Northern Boundary: State Highway 22 (Expreso de Diego) to Intersection of Avenida Plaza Las Americas to Calle Juan Calaf to Avenida Arterial B to Intersection of Avenida Ponce De Leon (PR State Road 25) and Calle Prudencio Rivera Martinez Eastern Boundary: Starting at the Intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 18 to Avenida Jesus T Pinero (State Road 17) Southern Boundary: Starting at the Intersection of Avenida Ponce De Leon (State Road 25 ) and Avenida Jesus T Pinero (State Road 17) to Expreso Martinez Nadal (State Road 20) Western Boundary: Starting at the Intersection of Expreso Martinez Nadal (State Road 20 ) and Jesus T Pinero (State Road 17) to State Road 2 to Expreso de Diego (State Highway 22) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 59,196 Maximum Sq. Ft. The U.S. Government currently occupies office (59,196 ABOA USF) and related space in a building under a lease in Guaynabo, PR that will be expiring on 10/21/2020.��� The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.� In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government�s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
