- Amendment to Combined Synopsis Solicitation 52.212-1 is hereby amended to reflect the current offeror submission date of 16 July 2020. 52.212-1 INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS COMMERCIAL ADDENDUM: SUBMISSION OF QUOTES. The vendor is responsible for ensuring that quotes are received in the Contracting Office no later than 16 July 2020 at 1:00 PM Central Time as indicated on page one (1) of this combined synopsis solicitation. Failure of vendor s quote to be received prior to the hour and date specified may result in rejection of the quote.
