- The purpose�of this�combination/solicitation amendment number FA5209-20-Q-043A-0001 is to: Post the questions and answers received in response to this requirement. Provide amendment 0001 for attachment number 1, Pricing Schedule. Provide an amended copy of the final PWS, dated 10-Jul-20. Add attachment number 4, Camp Zama Off Limit Map dated 26-Jun-20. Add attachment number 5, Additional Terms and Conditions DFARS Class Deviation 2020-O0013. The US Government reserves the right to entertain (or not) any questions received after today, 10-Jul-20, 3:00 PM Japanese Standard Time (JST). All other terms and conditions stated in the Combined/Solicitation number FA5209-20-Q-043A remain the same. ____________________________________________________________________________________ 1. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. 2.
