Description

This solicitation is being offered to Women-Owned Small Business firms; all others will be deemed nonresponsive. Brief Description of Work: This requirement is to provide custodial services at Jonathan Dickinson Missile Tracking Annex (JDMTA), Facility 28001, located near Jupiter, Florida for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. This requirement includes providing all personnel, equipment (mops, buckets, brooms, and buffer) materials, supplies, transportation, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform custodial services to present a clean, neat and professional appearance at�JDMTA; in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws and base policies. All services performed must meet the prescribed standards stated in the Performance Work Statement. NAICS: 561720 Size Standard: $19.5M Period of Performance: 1 year (1 Oct 2020-30 Sep 2021) + 4 option years *****Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.***** Potential offerors�must be currently registered in System for Award Management to be eligible for� award. (See internet site: http://www.SAM.gov). Payment for this acquisition will be made through the Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) System.
