- DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY BUREAU OF ENGRAVING AND PRINTING WASHINGTON, D.C. 20228 Notice Type: SOLICITATION Title: Canine Explosive Detection Services Notice No: 2031ZA20Q00278 FSC/PSC: S206 � Guard NAICS: 561612 � Security Guard and Patrol Services (i)� This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested in response to the solicitation.� The government bears no legal liability for cost associated with this request for quote. Vendors should not submit a quote unless they are willing to absorb all costs associated with submitting a quote. The Government will award a firm-fixed-price and the Period of Performance for this contract will be 12 months plus 4 Option Years starting 01 August 2020 through 31 July 2021. (ii)� This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Solicitation number 2031ZA20Q00278, IAW FAR Parts 12 and 13. (iii)� The solicitation document incorporates the following provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2020-04 effective 15 January 2020. (iv)�The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 561612. (v)� Offers shall be submitted to Sonia.Barnhill@bep.gov and Alejandro.Bulux@bep.gov no later than 04:00 pm EDT, on�Monday 20 July 2020. (vi)� Questions regarding this RFQ shall be submitted Sonia.Barnhill@bep.gov no later than 02:00 pm EDT, on�Wednesday 15 July 2020. All inquiries must be via e-mail to the person specified in the solicitation. Phone inquiries will not be accepted. Interested Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov).
