- This is a small business set aside invitation for bids/proposals.� The acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 333999 with small business set aside standard or 500 personnel.� The magnitude of requirement is between $25K to $34K .� The place of performance is located at US Coast Guard Sector San Diego, 2710 N. Harbor Drive, San Diego, CA 92101.� The project consist of the following:� Provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, license as required to replace the existing GATE OPERATING SYSTEM (CONTROL FOR OPEN & CLOSING) with the NEW INDUSTRIAL (HIGH)�GRADE OPERATING SYSTEM�to increase speed and endurance�in accordance with the attached statement of work (SOW).� All interested Contractors/Vendors are highly encourage to visit the actual place of performance to personnaly evaluate the system and make the necessary measurements as required.� Please contact Chief Nayo Gallegos at (619) 278-7011 or CWO4 Dave George at (619) 278-7202 for base access and technical clarifications.� All prospective Contractors/Vendors must be actively registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.� Wages are in accordance with Service Contract Act (SCA).� All proposals will be evaluated� base on technical knowledge, experience in working in military environment, flexibility and price (not necessarily in that order).� All proposals/price quotes/bids must be submitted via e-mail to:� Noel.P.Profeta@uscg.mil.� Deadline for bids/price quote submission 10:00 AM (local) 11 August 2020.�
