Description

Pre-Award Notice, Solicitation FA4620-20-R-0002, Fairchild AFB Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC) 1. The Government has completed its evaluation of proposals received in response to Solicitation FA4620-20-R-0002, Fairchild AFB MACC. This pre-award notice provides the names and locations of the apparent successful offerors: a. National Native American Construction, Inc. 3901 N Schreiber Way� Coeur D Alene, ID 83815-8395 b. Northcon, Inc. 10615 N Government Way Hayden, ID 83835-9674 c. Alutiiq General Contractors, LLC 2115 South 56th Street Ste 205 Tacoma, WA 98409-6900 d. RORE Inc. 11505 Burnham Dr Ste 101 Gig Harbor, WA 98332-9173 e. M.J. Takisaki Inc. 1312 S Weller St Seattle, WA, 98144-2051 f. WHH Nisqually-Garco JV 2 12820 Yelm Hwy SE Ste H Olympia, WA, 98213-6703 2. This letter constitutes the Government's written pre-award small business notification in accordance with FAR 15.503(a)(2). 3. The Government will not consider subsequent revisions of the offeror�s proposal.� No response is required unless a basis exists to challenge the size status or small business status of the apparently successful offerors. A challenge must be received by the Contracting Officer prior to the close of business on the 5th day, exclusive of Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays, after the Contracting Officer has notified the offeror of the identities of the prospective awardees. More information about this evaluation will follow in a notice of unsuccessful offer letter. 4. Thank you very much for the time and consideration you put into your proposal.
