Description

1. The 377 Mission Support Group�Contracting Division (377 MSG/PK) has developed this Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) to solicit market research and/or information from industry to assist the Government with analysis of a Government requirement and provide commercial insight on performance-based solutions, best practices, possible contractual arrangements, and potential issues. 2. THIS DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL IS FOR INFORMATION ONLY. It is NOT a Formal Request for Proposal, a Request for Quotation, an Invitation for Bids, a Solicitation, or an indication that 377 MSG/PK will contract for these services contained in this ""Draft RFP"". This ""Draft RFP"" is part of a Government market research effort to determine the scope of industry capabilities and interest and will be treated as information only. In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. �3. Responses should contain your company's name, address, point of contact, phone number, CAGE code and business size pursuant to the applicable NAICS.��Please only provide feedback and questions for the attached RFP and its attachments�by the time and date specified in this announcement.�Please note that�this is not a complete RFP and not all of the attachments are available for review at this time.�Please submit all responses through e-mail to the points of contact identified in the section below. We are not asking for proposals at this time. A complete, final RFP will be posted at a later date.
