- Dear Industry Partners, Thank you for your support and interest in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Data Center and Cloud Optimization (DCCO) Support Services requirement.� DHS is releasing the below draft solicitation documents for Industry review and comment: 1.) Draft Performance Work Statement 2.) Draft Section B - Supplies or Services and Price 3.) Draft Evaluation Factors 4.) Draft CLIN Structure 5.) Additional Pricing and Technical Questions Industry is asked to review the above listed documents and provide feedback no later than Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 5:00pm EST. The Government has provided a �DRAFT Solicitation Feedback Template,� please see Attachment II, that MUST be used for all submissions.� The Template contains (2) separate Tabs; Tab-1 for Industry feedback on the draft documents and Tab-2 for Industry to provide responses to the DHS specific pricing and technical questions. NOTE: The Government will not review any vendor provided information not contained within the provided Template. All responses should be emailed to DHS at: dccoacq@hq.dhs.gov by the specified date and time.� No vendor marketing material will be accepted.� Any proprietary materials should be clearly marked.���� The below high-level notional timeline outlining upcoming key procurement milestones as well as Industry engagement opportunities have been revised as follows: Comments Due from Industry: �Previous, July 30, 2020; Revised August 6, 2020 Industry Day II (Webinar): �Previous, Early-August 2020; Revised Late-August 2020. Solicitation Released: Previous, Late-August 2020; Revised Mid-September 2020. Proposal Due Date: Previous, Early-October 2020; Revised Mid-October 2020. Anticipated Award: Previous, Mid-December 2020; Revised Late-December � Specific instructions regarding vendor registration for Industry Day II (Webinar) will be posted on beta.SAM.gov no later than July 30, 2020.
