- Page 2 of 2 Network Contracting Office (NCO 2) is planning to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for management of the regulated medical waste at the James J. Peters VA Medical Center, 130 West Kingsbridge Road. Bronx, NY 10468-3904. The solicitation number for this RFQ is 36C24220Q0851. The solicitation will be issued on or about July 13, 2020, with an anticipated due date of July 27, 2020. Service-disabled veteran on small business (SDVOSB) set a side. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on 10/01/2020 through 09/30/2021 with three (3) one-year option periods.
