- The United States Postal Service has issued a solicitation restricted to previously pre-qualified contractors for work in the US Virgin Islands. The invited contractor list has been finalized. This notice is to inform interested contractors of the possibility for subcontracting opportunities only. If interested, please email the contacts on this posting with your company information and we will forward to the prequalified contractors. No phone calls please. The Scope of this work will be for all general construction trades for subcontracting opportunities within the US Virgin Islands.
