- This is a Request for Information (RFI), only.� This RFI does not constitute a commitment implied or otherwise. �The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred by interested responders in response to this RFI. �This RFI is being used to gather market research for CWMD to aid in decisions regarding strategies to be used, if needed, during large-scale responses to emerging threats to the homeland by Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear or infectious diseases or pandemics.� Specifically, the purpose of this initiative is to provide Tactical Medical EMT Training Services for the DHS Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Program.
