- This Request for Information (RFI) is the continuation of market research under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and is not a Request for Proposals (RFP). �The information provided herein is for information only and is intended to stimulate communication with industry in order to assess market potential. �No solicitation document exists at this time.�� This RFI constitutes market research to help the Program Manager, Air Command & Control and Sensor Netting (PM AC2SN), formulate an acquisition plan/strategy to obtain contractor services for portfolio training product support for its mission requirements.� The attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) defines the effort required to analyze, develop, design, deliver, support and manage training products for the PM AC2SN portfolio.� It includes associated subject matter expertise (SME) and program management requirements to support this effort.� Travel outside the local region and outside the continental United States (CONUS) is anticipated to support this requirement.
