- The purpose of this Amendment 0004 is to: Post revisions/updates to CLINs specifications; Post pictures of blueprint/layout; This shall serve as Amendment 0004 and shall be acknowledged when submitting a quote for this requirement. Acknowledgement can be either signing/stamping this page and scanning along with your quote, or simply stating in your email submission that you acknowledge the changes of this (and all) amendments to the solicitation. Any and all changes to this requirement will be communicated via beta.sam.gov. Any questions shall be requested no later than�8 July 2020 after which the period for asking/answering questions shall close in order to allow the Government sufficient time to respond prior to the closing date. Responses to the inquiries will be provided�via an�Amendment and will be posted to beta.sam.gov. Offerors are responsible to�monitor the web site for postings of amendments, answers to questions, and other instructions/information, if any. SUMMARY OF CHANGES: (1) CLINs specifictions revisions/updates: CLINs 0001-0006: The items identified by ""Option"" (in the Description) are additional requirements and must be included in the price CLINs 0007-0010 and 0013 : see attached revised specification sheets for these CLINs marked ""REVISED"" CLINs 0011-0012 and 0014-0015: NO CHANGES to these CLINs (2) Pictures of blueprint/layout: See attachment marked ""Pictures of Drawings""
