- N00164-20-Q-0247 � SOLE SOURCE � CST SOFTWARE � FSG 7010 - NAICS 541512� ISSUE DATE 6 July 2020 � CLOSING DATE 9 JUL 2020 � 3:00 PM Eastern Time� This solicitation is being issued pursuant to the procedures at FAR Part 13. �Synopsis exception FAR 5.202(a)(13) applies and Solicitation Number N00164-20-Q-0247 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto.� Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer-SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT- The proposed contract action is for the supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, (OEM Manufacturer: CNC Software, Inc, 671 Old Post Rd, Tolland, CT 06084-2830 Distributor: Shopware-CCT, 178 S. Heritage Way, Pendleton, Indiana, 46064 The government will consider all authorized distributors or retailor of the Mastercam products. Due to sales territories, Shopware-CCT CAGE:7VF01 is the sole distributor for Mastercam for our geographical area), under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. However, a determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this solicitation is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. � Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane Division intends to enter into a Base Award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP), contract for the following ITEM DESCRIPTION - � CLIN 1 � Mastercam Mill 3D QTY 2 � CLIN 2 � Mastercam Multi Axis Add on QTY 1 � CLIN 3 � Mastercam Lathe QTY 1 � CLIN 4 � Mastercam Wire Frontend QTY 1� CLIN 5- Custom Post Processor QTY 1� CLIN 6- Custom Post Processor QTY 1� CLIN 7- Mastercam On-Site Training Day QTY 13� CLIN 8- Dell Precision Workstation QTY 1� CLIN 9- Option #1 Maintenance and Support Renewal QTY 1� CLIN 10- Option #2 Maintenance and Support Renewal QTY 1� CLIN 11- Option #3 Maintenance and Support Renewal QTY 1� CLIN 12- Option #4 Maintenance and Support Renewal QTY 1� Inspection and Acceptance is to be at destination with deliver F.O.B.
