- Contract Opportunities Description RFQ 36C24820Q1082 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL. 33744 has a need for various medical grade gases, medical tank rental, and delivery to C.W. Bill Young VAMC and other local locations identified in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment 1). Anticipated award will be for a base and four (4) one (1) year option periods, Requirements Type Contract. This combined synopsis solicitation RFQ and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 (5-6-2020). The combined synopsis solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The NAICS Code is 325120; the size standard is 1,000. Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in Vetbiz.gov to be considered for Award. Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted. The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. Questions regarding this requirement shall be addressed to Jose.Ortiz-Velez@va.gov No Later Than (NLT) 10 July 2020 @ 10:00 AM EST. Offers received after the exact time specified in the solicitation are considered late and may at the discretion of the Contracting Officer be considered if the action would not unduly delay the acquisition or are deemed to be in the best interest of the Government.
