Incorporate Draft RFP document 3. The registration deadline has been changed to Thursday April 30, 2020 at 5:00 PM.� *************************************************** The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction (CWMD), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), is issuing a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) #70RWMD20R00000003 to establish a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) Multiple Award Firm Fixed Priced Indefinite Delivery, Indefinie-Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Securing the Cities (STC) Personal Radiation Detectors (PRDs) and requisite training and accesories in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).� The government anticipates awarding Multiple-Award IDIQ contracts to a minimum of three (3) and maximum of five (5) awardees through full and open competition. The Task Order will have one 5-year ordering period. Interested vendors are encouraged to provide feedback and comments in response to this draft RFQ, comments shall be submitted using the Comment Template (Attachment 5). Comments shall be received by 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) on April 28, 2020 and sent to the Contract Specialist, Marcus Datcher at Marcus.Datcher@hq.dhs.gov and the Contracting Officer, Annemarie Spence at Annemarie.Spence@hq.dhs.gov. DHS/CWMD/OPO� intends to hold a Pre-Solicitation Conference for interested industry partners� on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. The purpose of the Pre-Solicitation Conference is to discuss the STC PRD requirements and address additional industry questions.� The government intends to post responses to industry comments received in response to the draft solicitation no later than 10:00 AM eastern time on Monday, May 4, 2020. The conference agenda will be posted in a future amendment of this notice.
