The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with 901D, LLC for items listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b). 901D, LLC is a Large Business and the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) who designed and manufactures hard mounted enclosure, P/N: HRD-KA-1196.
