- ****SOLE SOURCE**** The Defense Logistics Agency, Aviation Wing, Warner Robins will acquire Sole Source replenishment spare parts (LRUs) applicable to the F-15SA Aircraft using Other Than Full and Open Competition procedures. Items/quantities are as follows: (See Note 22, 26). This procurement action, Solicitation SPRWA1-20-Q-0014, will consider Firm Fixed Pricing for 5 Each of NSN: 5998-01-621-2743. Pursuant to 10 USC 23049(c)(1), this effort is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order to SCI, 13000 S. Memorial Parkway, Huntsville,� AL� 35898, CAGE 2J622, Small Business. (Detail data/drawings are not available from the procuring activity. Required Delivery is to be on or before March 2019. This effort is an FMS action. PR Number(s): FD20601833812 NSN: 5998-01-621-2743 (Circuit Card Assembly) P/N: 548-061-004 Quantity:� 5 Each Applicable To: F-15SA Ship To: Various/FMS Delivery: �To Be Determined Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. IAW FAR 5.207(c)(13)(ii), All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency Note 22. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note 26.�� Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
