- Description
- The objective of this anticipated contract is to obtain maintenance services for all facilities and utilities systems, electronic surveillance systems (ESS) for security, and properties occupied by Army Reserves Center (ARC) at the Military Ocean Terminal Concord (MOTCO), in Concord, CA. The 834th Transportation Battalion is the principal owner and port operator at MOTCO conducting military general cargo and ammunition vessel loads and discharges. Provide all personnel, management, supervision, general and specialized equipment, tools, supplies, materials, transportation, and any other items and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance, repair, repair by replacement for all Real Property including Electrical Plants and Distribution Systems, Water Distribution Systems, Wastewater Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Propane Systems, Buildings and Structures, Pest Management, Roads and paved surfaces, Pier Maintenance, etc. *See Amendment attachment for site visit information
