- Sacramento Deep Water Ship Channel (DWSC) Maintenance Dredging Project Amendment 0001 posted on June 19, 2020. _____________________________________________________________________________ Sacramento Deep Water Ship Channel (DWSC) Maintenance Dredging Project Solicitation and Plans posted on June 4, 2020. _____________________________________________________________________________ This acquisition is proceeding as a Full and Open Competition, Invitation for Bids (IFB).� This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $30,000,000.� All questions should be directed to the Contracting Specialist, Nairi Freeman, at (415) 503-6949, FAX: No.: (415) 503-6688, e-mail Nairi.Kouyoumdjian@usace.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between more than $1,000,000 - $5,000,000 JOB DESCRIPTION:��The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Sacramento DWSC to -29.5-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth. All dredged material shall be transported to the Government-furnished upland disposal sites adjacent to the river, and includes disposal site preparation and dredged material management. The solicitation will be available on/about�05 June, 2020, for Viewing/downloading documents. All BIDS will be due on/about�06�July 2020/12:00 pm PDT. The specific date and time will be identified in the solicitation. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS. ORDERING SOLICITATION: Plans and specifications will NOT be provided in hard paper copy or CD-ROM format. The solicitation and all amendments for this acquisition will be posted on a secure Government website known as Beta.SAM.gov (www.beta.SAM.gov) once the IFB is issued. Viewing/downloading documents from Beta.SAM.gov will require prior registration in SAM System for Award Management (www.SAM.gov). If you are a first-time Beta.SAM.gov user, you will also be required to register in www.sam.gov before accessing the IFB documents. To register, click on the Register Now button in the Vendors Block and follow the instructions. The following information will be required: SAM System for Award Management (SAM) Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN); DUNS Number or Cage Code; Telephone Number; and E-mail Address. Once registered with Beta.SAM.gov, interested parties will then be able to log in and access the IFB documents. Important Note: Solicitation documents can be accessed ONLY through Beta.SAM.gov.
