- 7/6/20: Deadline Extension for Questions. The deadline for submitting questions has been extended to Thursday, July 9, 2020 by 5:00 pm CST.�Questions�must be submitted to the points of contact in this solicitation by July 9, 2020 at�5:00 pm CST. NGA intends to have another opportunity for questions once the 100% Specifications and Drawings are posted, TBD. Please refer to this solicitation for updates.� 6/24/20: Request for Proposals. Please refer to Attachments 1 through 10. Attachment 3 (Specifications) and Attachment 4 (Drawings) are access-controled. Prospective offerors must request access to view these attachments. These attachments are 95% complete. A final 100% version will be posted as an Amendment to this solicitation prior the the proposal due date. Proposals must be received by Friday, July 24, 2020 at 2:00 pm CST. A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 9:00 am. Firms must request access to the site using Attachment 5 - NGA Visitor Access Request Form. The form must be received by Friday, June 26 at 2:00 pm CST. Firms are only allowed to complete one (1) Attachment 5. Late submissions will be forwarded to NGA Security for authorization; however, there is no guarantee that�a late submission will be approved in time for the site visit, and a firm could potentially be denied at the gate. NGA reserves the right to deny site access to any individual. Firms are encouraged to submit any questions about the solicitation. Questions�must be submitted to the points of contact in this solicitation by Monday, July 6 at 5:00 pm CST.
